Refund policy

All sales are final.  Kenzie K Designs  accepts no responsibility for change of mind, accidental purchases etc. 

Refund and Returns 

We must be notified of any concerns within 7 days of receiving items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to notify us of any problems with your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the rare case that a product arrives damaged, a full refund of product + shipping costs will be issued upon receipt of the returned item, or receipt of photographic evidence of the damaged item.  Please contact us at kenziekdesigns@gmail.com 

If  a product is not as described, a full refund or exchange will be arranged as is appropriate, upon receipt of the returned item.  Additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of Kenzie K Designs.  The incorrect item must be returned in its original condition, fit for sale, other wise a refund/exchange will not be issued.  Please contact us at kenziekdesigns@gmail.com.  

Kenize K Designs does not accept responsibility for the mishandling or the incorrect care of products.  Please follow the care instructions provided in the item's description.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards. We are also unable to exchange items due to a change of mind.
